Tips on caring for a DSLR camera

Tips on caring for a DSLR camera-When my first analog SLR camera can not work properly, I just realized that I already do not care that should be done on a camera. Unlike when it was new, every day would wipe until shiny. But when busyness and daily work is time consuming, then the routine treatment neglected.

Care tips at the bottom of the camera is not only true in a DSLR camera, but can be applied to all types of cameras:

1. Caring for the camera body.
Clean the outside of the camera body with a soft cloth, use a blower to remove dust in the corners. Cleaning the inside begins with a blower and blower brush for stubborn dirt, to lock up the mirror to the top if you want to blower the sensor. I do not recommend you to clean it yourself if there is stubborn dirt on the camera sensor because the sensor is a very sensitive part.

2. Caring for the lens.
Do not touch the optical lens with your fingers, always plug the filter or use a lens hood protector. Attach the lens cap is always when not being used to reduce the risk of dust. If you want to clean the lens, use a blower first, then the lens brush, lens cloth if there are new fingerprints attached.

3. Caring for the Battery.
Do not charge battery in excess, immediately unplug it if it is full. Remove the battery from the camera when not in use, try to only use the original battery.

4. Caring for a memory card.
Get used to store the memory card inside the casing to avoid dust, magnetic field exposure to objects and extend the life of the memory card.

5. Camera storage.
If you have more funds can be considered to have a drybox using humidity control devices as a storage place such as a camera or a way of saving me, keep the camera in a plastic clip that was given air-silica gel, store in a dry place and away from magnetic objects.

This way hopefully your photographic equipment can be more durable and long-lived.
